In case your Manigo account is blocked, please contact our support team.
However, there are also two key things you can do yourself if you find your account blocked:
1. Verify your identity directly on the app. You will be asked to take a photo of your international driver's license/passport and a photo of yourself, as well as to upload a document which represents a proof of your address. Your account should be verified within 15 minutes.

2. Confirm your top up card. You should also be given the option to "Verify your card". To do this, you just need to look at your online banking and find a recent top up to Manigo which looks like Manigo*1234*.
Then, you need to go to the app and enter the 4-digit code there. That’s it!
