If you enter the wrong PIN for your ManigoCard three times, your card will be blocked for security reasons.
To reactivate your ManigoCard, please contact our customer support team or call us on +44 (0) 1903 680 360 and we will reset the PIN for you. You will need to reactivate the PIN at a chip-enabled POS device (or ATM), by purchasing (or withdrawing) for a small amount of money twice.
To locate a chip-enabled ATM, please use the MasterCard ATM locator here. Just provide some information about your location, select the box "Chip Reader Enabled" and search for an ATM closest to you.
